- Minimum of 2 years general management experience in QSR industry
- MSc or MA in Business or relevant field preferred
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- knowledge of OSHA, EEOC regulations, and employment laws

- proficiency in Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant management team and team members

- interpret P&L statements to influence profitability
- manage customer relationships effectively
