Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of relevant restaurant industry experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol service laws where applicable
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and perform manual tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adherence to safety, health, and security policies
- Basic computer and business math skills
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and reward or discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances to management team
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage weekly schedules and sales performance
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
