Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen
- Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation)
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Understanding of budgeting and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and directing crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including but not limited to recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching and motivating
- Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonalds standards of excellence
- Inspire and empower by maintaining a high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
