Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel to multiple stores as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments such as restaurant, cooler, and freezer
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of all subordinate positions

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Execute the store plan to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Oversee staffing and personnel training
  • Operate and maintain the restaurant to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Conduct interviews and manage hiring processes
  • Manage budgets and analyze profit and loss statements
  • Ensure compliance with Wendy's policies and procedures
  • Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas
