Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to multiple stores as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments such as restaurant, cooler, and freezer
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of all subordinate positions
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to plan and budget effectively
- Experience with training and development practices

Job Duties
- Execute the store plan to achieve sales and profit goals
- Oversee staffing and personnel training
- Operate and maintain the restaurant to maximize customer satisfaction
- Conduct interviews and manage hiring processes
- Manage budgets and analyze profit and loss statements
- Ensure compliance with Wendy's policies and procedures
- Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas
