Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from 6 feet high and 6 inches low
- Ability to safely use equipment such as sheeter machine, VCM, sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan gripers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, knives, can openers, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register
- Ability to apply pressure for cutting or cleaning equipment
- Ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory
- Effective communication skills including reading, speaking, hearing and writing
- Ability to understand directions, instructions and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders
- Ability to comprehend training materials and standard operating procedures
- Ability to pass required training programs for certification
- Ability to use math skills to compute sales totals, percentages, inventory usage, food orders, schedules, cash handling, and projections
- Ability to legally drive and adhere to traffic laws
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to meet goals, duties and deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in a management role in quick service or one year in full service restaurant
- Preferred minimum age of 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of local store marketing and sales building
- Strong management, team building and communication skills
- Ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements
- Dependable and able to work 50 hour workweek under pressure
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Meet background verification guidelines
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Ensure customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
- Prepare and ensure all colleagues produce consistent, high-quality products
- Achieve standards for a clean, organized restaurant and colleague image
- Recruit, hire, train and evaluate colleagues
- Develop a productive team by providing direction, supervision, and implementing change positively
- Ensure a work environment compliant with government regulations and free from harassment and discrimination
- Complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities
- Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections
- Manage financial responsibilities and perform cost control tasks
- Implement shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions
