Job Requirements

  • Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
  • minimum two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide quality products to customers by building a quality system with team members
  • respond professionally and promptly to all customer concerns or issues
  • solicit and share customer feedback to improve operations
  • communicate and train team members on quality standards using company tools
  • actively recruit and maintain adequate staffing levels
  • orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations
  • ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
  • establish and communicate performance expectations
  • conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
  • coach and develop team members to foster teamwork and energy
  • manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge training
  • execute local marketing strategies to boost sales
  • manage profit goals against budget and prior year by controlling food, labor, and other costs
  • use the FOCUS System to correct budget deviations
  • develop plans to resolve trends and improve profits
  • perform administrative and cash management duties
  • plan and manage inventory levels to meet sales demands and reduce losses
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety standards
  • oversee preventative maintenance and necessary repairs
