Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior leadership experience required
Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
Ability to follow state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
Plan, assign, and direct work for staff
Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees including termination
Address complaints and resolve problems effectively
Foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
Assist team members with duties when needed
Drive sales building activities and suggestive selling
Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
Greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes
Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, scheduling, and financial reviews
Manage food and labor costs and perform weekly inventory
Maintain facility and company assets
Perform all other assigned duties
