Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
- valid driver’s license
- excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant
- strong conflict resolution skills
- self-motivated
- excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
Job Duties
- Recruit and hire staff
- ensure all marketing plans are executed
- ensure restaurant is staffed properly and team members are trained
- provide leadership by creating excitement and commitment to company objectives
- maintain inventory levels and equipment through approved vendors
- maintain proficiency in restaurant operations and technology
- supervise according to performance and operating policies
- motivate assistant managers, shift leaders and crew members
- review preliminary P&L statements and communicate with district manager
- adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies
