Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • valid driver’s license
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant
  • strong conflict resolution skills
  • self-motivated
  • excellent organizational, planning and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit and hire staff
  • ensure all marketing plans are executed
  • ensure restaurant is staffed properly and team members are trained
  • provide leadership by creating excitement and commitment to company objectives
  • maintain inventory levels and equipment through approved vendors
  • maintain proficiency in restaurant operations and technology
  • supervise according to performance and operating policies
  • motivate assistant managers, shift leaders and crew members
  • review preliminary P&L statements and communicate with district manager
  • adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies
