Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license with two years driving experience
  • reliable personal transportation (not public transportation)
  • minimum of two years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with financial responsibility
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with company standards
  • oversee financial performance including budgeting and cost control

  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and guests
  • resolve customer concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction
  • drive sales and promote menu items to achieve revenue goals
