Job Requirements
- Motivate, direct, and coach staff during each shift
- Supervise all staff including those under 18 years
- Abide by State and Federal labor laws, OSHA regulations, EEOC requirements, and Little Caesars policies
- Ensure restaurant preparedness and customer satisfaction
- Support District Manager to build sales and control costs
- Troubleshoot operational problems with acceptable solutions
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from 6 feet to 6 inches off ground
- Ability to safely use various equipment
- Ability to apply pressure for cleaning and cutting
- Ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
- Effective communication skills
- Understand directions and product specs
- Ability to process customer orders
- Comprehend training materials and procedures
- Use math skills for sales totals, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
- Legally drive adhering to traffic laws
- Supervise and motivate multiple people
- Dependable and hardworking with ability to handle stress
- Valid driver's license, driving record within guidelines, reliable vehicle with insurance
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building

- Dependability and ability to work varied, 42-hour workweek under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance

Job Duties
- Ensure customers are served correctly and complete orders within service time goals
- Prepare and ensure all staff serve consistent, high-quality products
- Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant and staff image
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate potential staff and promote others
- Develop a productive team through communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills, implementing positive change to reduce turnover
- Ensure work environment compliance with government regulations, safety, security, and harassment-free policies
- Complete paperwork for daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed
- Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately
- Manage financial responsibilities and achieve cost control goals
- Communicate frequently with District Manager and Human Resources
