Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Certification required or can be obtained during onboarding
  • Experience using a computer and POS system
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties

  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Wingstop
  • Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • Works with both the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling and disciplining team members
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
  • Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant is meeting standards
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  • Tracks inventory and ensures accurate record keeping
  • Identifies and resolves issues with food preparation
  • Maintains safe, secure and healthy facility environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation and safety standards
  • Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for new and different job responsibilities
  • Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including quality food products, cash handling and store safety and security
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance problems
  • Use company tools to coach, mentor and develop team members
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
