Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required or can be obtained during onboarding
- Experience using a computer and POS system
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
- Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Wingstop
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
- Works with both the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling and disciplining team members
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant is meeting standards
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Tracks inventory and ensures accurate record keeping
- Identifies and resolves issues with food preparation
- Maintains safe, secure and healthy facility environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation and safety standards
- Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for new and different job responsibilities
- Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including quality food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance problems
- Use company tools to coach, mentor and develop team members
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
