Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years restaurant management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • passion for leadership and team development
  • excellent communication skills in the primary language of the work location
  • capability to assist in all areas of restaurant operations
  • friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • basic knowledge of sales forecasting and staffing

  • lead community engagement and marketing initiatives
  • ensure a superior guest experience at all times
