  • Associate or bachelors degree in business, hospitality or related field preferred
  • 10 years in operations management or similar leadership role in a hotel
  • Prior New York City market experience required
  • Hyatt experience is a plus
  • Financial acumen and ability to develop budgets and manage financial performance
