Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight travel and interstate travel
  • maintain valid identification for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • success in financial management including sales, reporting, payroll, and expense control
  • proven retail management ability in inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
  • experience in leadership management including talent development, adaptability, collaborative relationships, and team influence
  • proficiency with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to perform under pressure, exhibit good judgment, and adapt flexibly

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals

  • leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize productivity and achieve goals
