Job Requirements
- College degree preferred but not required
- Previous restaurant experience
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Agree to a background check
- ServSafe certification
- Moe's Manager certification
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively supervise 15-25 team members
- Self-discipline, strong initiative, leadership ability and outgoing personality
- Pleasant and polite manner with neat and clean appearance
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to perform effective interviews
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Capacity for prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience is a must
- A combination of related experience and education will be considered
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

- ServSafe certification
- Moe's Manager certification
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
- Respond to guest complaints and take necessary actions to convert dissatisfied guests into regulars
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan
- Interview prospective employees ensuring the four-step staffing process is followed
- Develop all team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Create a positive work environment recognized in the community as the place to work
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness
- Maintain health inspection and Steritech inspection scores of 90 percent or higher
- Ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
- Manage food flow to ensure quality, proper portioning and minimize waste
- Implement proper security procedures
- Ensure a safe guest and working environment and complete incident reports promptly
- Manage effective shift operations
- Investigate and respond to mystery shopper reports
- Adhere to Sterling standards to increase sales and minimize costs
- Utilize monthly profit and loss reports to plan and implement profitability improvements
- Complete all financial reporting accurately and on time
- Book spirit nights monthly and maintain a strong community presence
- Perform other duties as required or requested
