Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years of leadership experience
- experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant setting preferred
- ability to manage and lead a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- basic computer literacy
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions including terminations
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and promote employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and variances to management team
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company security policies
- enforce safe work practices
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, labor management, financial reporting, and scheduling
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- control food costs through recipe compliance and portion control
- optimize labor schedules based on sales performance
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- perform other duties as assigned
