Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- prior experience managing high-volume restaurant locations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- commitment to high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- availability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- background in hospitality or retail is a plus

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support a team of Department Managers
- coach and provide direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations
