Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Strong track record of creating an amazing customer experience while managing retail or restaurant teams, brands, operations, and financials
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • College degree is strongly preferred though extra years of experience may substitute
  • Composure, positivity, flexibility, and time management skills required for a performance-driven retail environment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, operational, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to lift and handle packaged goods weighing up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Take the helm and own front- and back-house operations including workflows, merchandising, sanitation, and customer experience
  • Co-create systems for cash management, food safety, inventory control, and team performance
  • Partner with the owner on human resources including staff training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention strategies
  • Craft efficient schedules balancing smooth retail operations and labor costs
  • Collaborate on budgeting and accounting for the store
  • Monitor and reduce waste by training staff on quality and recipe adherence
  • Set up maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and implement store security measures
  • Drive sales through bundling, merchandising, and consumer-value techniques
  • Act as a brand advocate sharing the company’s story, vision, and products
  • Maintain flawless POS register system operations
