Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- management experience preferred
- some understanding of P&L interpretation and management
- ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
- must have open availability
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience preferred, management experience a plus
- understanding of P&L interpretation and management

Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant P&L and work towards financial targets
- review key financial metrics to increase profitability
- drive sales through guest service, people development, and operations
- analyze sales and labor during and after shifts and adjust labor accordingly
- motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations
- handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- engage with the community and support local marketing initiatives
- recruit, select, and retain an effective team
- provide coaching and feedback to assistant managers and staff
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- maintain brand standards and execute promotions
- troubleshoot problems and coordinate maintenance support for equipment
