Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
  • management experience preferred
  • some understanding of P&L interpretation and management
  • ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
  • must have open availability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant P&L and work towards financial targets
  • review key financial metrics to increase profitability
  • drive sales through guest service, people development, and operations
  • analyze sales and labor during and after shifts and adjust labor accordingly
  • motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations
  • handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • engage with the community and support local marketing initiatives
  • recruit, select, and retain an effective team
  • provide coaching and feedback to assistant managers and staff
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • maintain brand standards and execute promotions
  • troubleshoot problems and coordinate maintenance support for equipment
