Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling practices

Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

  • In charge of the management of the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel store
  • Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products
  • Take the lead in recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring of adequate staff to meet operational needs
  • Assist, guide and evaluate employees on the performance of their duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for signing off on all training assessment when needed
  • Be involved and present with any disciplinary actions or terminations
  • Review weekly sales and labor reports and utilize sales projection information to assist in making the weekly schedule
  • Work with the assigned Regional Manager to set sales and labor goals and track accomplishments daily
  • Provide feedback to Regional Manager and Operations Manager regarding the status of the stores goals
  • Complete a weekly schedule in compliance with labor laws
  • Establish procedures for auditing all paperwork
  • Promote adherence of cash handling and management policies by all store personnel
  • Order resources for the store
  • Clean equipment when needed
  • Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees
  • Conduct staff meetings for both the Management Team and entire crew on a regular basis
  • Maintain working relationships with Mall Managers/Marketing Specialists
  • Comply with all Auntie Anne’s and Chestnut Land Company’s policies and procedures
  • Perform all essential duties in every aspect of the operation of the store
  • Ensure that store personnel are in compliance with the Chestnut Land Company “Promise Code of Conduct.”
