Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment
- ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week with occasional higher hours
- able to stand 90 percent of working time
- ability to use sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
- physical capabilities including walking, bending, kneeling, handling, hand flexibility, reaching, squatting, crawling, lifting, climbing, and stooping
- able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds and transport up to 70 pounds regularly
- must communicate clearly in the primary language of the restaurant, primarily English
- must hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
- must see to 20/20 vision with correction
- reliable transportation for occasional travel to other locations or meetings
