Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment
  • ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week with occasional higher hours
  • able to stand 90 percent of working time
  • ability to use sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
  • physical capabilities including walking, bending, kneeling, handling, hand flexibility, reaching, squatting, crawling, lifting, climbing, and stooping
  • able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds and transport up to 70 pounds regularly
  • must communicate clearly in the primary language of the restaurant, primarily English
  • must hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
  • must see to 20/20 vision with correction
  • reliable transportation for occasional travel to other locations or meetings
