Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years general management experience in QSR industry
- Preferred MSc or MA in Business or relevant field
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business development and strategy skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant management team and team members through performance initiatives
- Conduct engagement and training initiatives
- Hire, train, and retain team members to achieve sales and profit goals
- Manage restaurant operations as if it were own business focusing on profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and employment laws
- Interpret profit and loss statements to influence financial success
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Oversee daily restaurant activities and resolve operational issues
