Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a General Manager preferred
- Proven financial management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and safety regulations
- Strong problem solving and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with branded or upscale hotels preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering financial results with effective financial management skills
- Ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning
- Proven experience building, influencing and growing cohesive teams
- Positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction scores
- Knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing and food & beverage strategies
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
- Ability to effectively manage labor productivity
- Ability to creatively problem-solve and execute business strategy
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a General Manager preferred
- Experience with branded hotel or upscale property a plus
Job Duties
- Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural and experiential results
- Achieve business goals while maintaining style and ambiance of the property on brand
- Serve as strategic business leader responsible for P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality, budget and labor
- Direct leadership teams and develop performance across departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing and human resources
- Lead day-to-day culture and uphold ethical leadership to drive associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Build owner confidence through proactive communication, managing expectations and delivering business results
- Perform other duties as assigned by RVPs and corporate leadership
