Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of a restaurant
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to jump in and assist in operational tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Creative approach to marketing and community involvement
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized and clean restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including profit and loss management
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Manage sales forecasting and staffing to meet business goals
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining quality and service standards
  • Implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
  • Assist in daily operations by stepping in where needed
