Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financial aspects of a restaurant
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to jump in and assist in operational tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Creative approach to marketing and community involvement
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized and clean restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including profit and loss management
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage sales forecasting and staffing to meet business goals
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining quality and service standards
- Implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
- Assist in daily operations by stepping in where needed
