Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands for handling objects and controls
- Ability to bend, stoop, and move freely in restaurant areas
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Ability to see with close, distance, color, peripheral vision
- Ability to adjust focus and depth perception
- Compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and promote high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to management
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food preparation and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food, labor, and review financial reports
- Manage food and labor costs including scheduling
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform other duties as assigned
