Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
  • Must be a legal U.S. citizen
  • Must have a California Food Handler Card or be willing to obtain one (training provided at orientation)
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Effective communication and ability to anticipate customer needs

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role

  • Proficiency in budgeting and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all restaurant operations including food production and guest service
  • Plan for success by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating staff
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards
  • Inspire and empower the team through effective leadership
