Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen
- Must have a California Food Handler Card or be willing to obtain one (training provided at orientation)

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all restaurant operations including food production and guest service
- Plan for success by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating staff
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards
- Inspire and empower the team through effective leadership
