Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • highschool diploma or GED
  • prior bar management experience
  • knowledge of mixology and beverage service
  • ability to lead and communicate effectively
  • proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory systems
  • ability to comply with health and safety regulations
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • completion of restaurant training program

Job Duties

  • Manage overall operations of the bar
  • lead contact for guests
  • develop seasonal craft cocktail menus
  • prepare and serve beverages and food
  • oversee bar maintenance
  • guide guests through beverage and dining menus
  • recommend wine selections
  • monitor guest satisfaction
  • manage inventory
  • lead weekly operational meetings
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol, and labor regulations
  • create personal connections with guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • coordinate with bartenders and barbacks
  • identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • track buying trends and control inventory costs
