Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws
  • Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs
  • Clear speech and hearing abilities for telephone and in-person communication
  • Competency in operating computers, tablets, or desktops
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and procedures
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Availability to work varied shifts and schedules as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry with 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Ability to take direction from senior leadership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality by responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
  • Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
  • ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
  • Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover
  • Focus efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
  • Responsible for the new hire life cycle including the interview and selection process along with proper training
  • Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
