Job Requirements
- a minimum of 2 years of general management experience currently in the QSR industry
- MSc or MA in business or relevant field preferred
- availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- entrepreneurial mindset and strategy implementation knowledge
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
- excellent customer relationship management skills
- able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
