Job Requirements

  • a minimum of 2 years of general management experience currently in the QSR industry
  • MSc or MA in business or relevant field preferred
  • availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
  • demonstrated success in financial management and people development
  • excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset and strategy implementation knowledge
  • strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
  • excellent customer relationship management skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
