Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant management experience, quick-service restaurant preferred
- Experience running shifts autonomously
- Ability to work a minimum five-day workweek with at least four closing shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices
- Understanding of federal and state labor laws along with local health and sanitation regulations
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at SONIC
Job Qualifications
- Prior management experience, preferably in restaurant or retail
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Resiliency and willingness to try different approaches to problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally and personally
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
