Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a valid drivers license
  • minimum of 2 years of general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
  • ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
  • natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
  • demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
  • proven operating skills
  • financial and marketing acumen
  • established influencing, consulting and communication skills
  • self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused
  • ability to routinely hold self accountable for performance
  • high energy and ability to react quickly and decisively
  • ensure store managers are current on business procedures
  • oversee compliance reporting
  • conduct employee evaluations and performance management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
  • proven operating skills
