Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid drivers license
- minimum of 2 years of general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
- ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
- natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
- demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
- proven operating skills
- financial and marketing acumen
- established influencing, consulting and communication skills
- self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused
- ability to routinely hold self accountable for performance
- high energy and ability to react quickly and decisively
- ensure store managers are current on business procedures
- oversee compliance reporting
- conduct employee evaluations and performance management
Job Qualifications
