Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Possess a GED or high school diploma preferred
Have basic math and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work nights and weekends
Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Train and develop team members in leadership, business management, and people skills
Oversee inventory, cash handling, and scheduling
Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve financial targets
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
