Job Requirements

- Serv Safe certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications
- Experience managing a restaurant or similar retail environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Pizza Hut related tools
- Serv Safe certified or equivalent food safety certification
- Ability to manage financial aspects including P&L
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Oversee all staff and operations in the restaurant with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Hire, train, build a bench of shift leaders and team members in restaurant
- Own and promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Enforce and follow Pizza Hut service principals
- Responsible for oversight and execution of all store inventory, forecasting, scheduling processes
- Partner with field marketing manager and director of field compliance to grow sales and partner with community
