This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate company and employer responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This means if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience as General Manager or similar leadership role
- Ability to lead and manage multiple departments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage and develop teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure excellent customer experience and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
