Job Requirements
- Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Wayne County

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in profit and loss management and budgeting
- Strong operational background with staff management and development experience
- Expertise in sales and marketing particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant or entertainment industries
- Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant or retail operations preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and profitable performance
- Manage all profit and loss responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement
- Recruit, train and lead a high-performing team fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and company policies
- Maintain facility standards and coordinate birthday party events
