Job Requirements

  • Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Wayne County
  • Availability to work some holidays
  • Experience in high-volume environments such as fast food or hospitality is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in profit and loss management and budgeting
  • Strong operational background with staff management and development experience
  • Expertise in sales and marketing particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant or entertainment industries
  • Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant or retail operations preferred
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and profitable performance
  • Manage all profit and loss responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Recruit, train and lead a high-performing team fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and company policies
  • Maintain facility standards and coordinate birthday party events
