Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Standing for long periods without a break
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments, including restaurant, cooler, and freezer
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Knowledge of Wendy’s operating systems and procedures
- Familiarity with supervisory, training, and development practices
- Strong planning and budgeting skills

Job Duties
- Execute store plan to achieve established standards,sales, local marketing programs and profits
- Staff the restaurant and train personnel to ensure excellent customer service
- Operate and maintain the restaurant to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Plan and manage budgeting processes
- Conduct interviewing and hiring of staff
- Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas and ensure compliance with operational standards
