Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Standing for long periods without a break
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments, including restaurant, cooler, and freezer

  • Knowledge of Wendy’s operating systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with supervisory, training, and development practices

Job Duties

  • Execute store plan to achieve established standards,sales, local marketing programs and profits
  • Staff the restaurant and train personnel to ensure excellent customer service
  • Operate and maintain the restaurant to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Plan and manage budgeting processes
  • Conduct interviewing and hiring of staff
  • Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas and ensure compliance with operational standards
