Residence Inn by Marriott near the Orlando Convention Center is searching for a visionary General Manager to lead our dynamic team. Job Requirements
- College degree in hotel administration preferred
- 2-3 years hotel management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
- Must comply with background and substance abuse screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities
- Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Experience with marketing and sales strategies

Job Duties
- Ensures each guest receives outstanding guest service
- Guarantees total guest satisfaction and professionalism
- Applies property safety and security procedures
- Maintains favorable working relationships with associates
- Meets or exceeds budgeted profit and margin
- Accurately forecasts revenues and expenses
- Prepares annual budget
- Analyzes financial and operating information to adjust plans
- Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy
- Develops and implements marketing and sales plans
- Manages human resources functions including recruiting and training
- Maintains physical product standards
- Oversees safety and security compliance
- Complies with company standards of service
- Projects a favorable image of AURO Hotels
