Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
  • ability to work a minimum five-day workweek with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of recruiting and interviewing
  • familiarity with labor laws and health standards
  • leadership and supervisory skills
  • capability to follow directions and work independently
  • excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
  • willingness to comply with SONIC appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
