Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
- ability to work a minimum five-day workweek with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of recruiting and interviewing
- familiarity with labor laws and health standards
- leadership and supervisory skills
- capability to follow directions and work independently
- excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
- willingness to comply with SONIC appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
