Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
  • Must have strong leadership and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • MSc/MA in business or relevant field preferred
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of business development and strategy implementation
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant management team and crew members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • Hire, train, and retain staff to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on profitability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and federal and state employment laws
  • Interpret financial reports including P&L to influence business decisions
  • Develop strategies for business growth and customer relationship management
  • Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers
