Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience preferably in restaurants
  • ability to work a standard 47 1/2 to 50-hour work week with flexible hours
  • able to work days and hours scheduled by the District Manager
  • basic computer knowledge
  • financial and analytical skills
  • strong organizational and time management abilities
  • effective team building and problem solving skills
  • good verbal and written communication
  • ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
  • ability to work in heat and close quarters
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
  • able to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years in a management position preferably in restaurant experience
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
  • organizational, planning and time management skills

  • good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Model and create an environment in which the guest is always right
  • ensure a positive guest service experience
  • respond positively and quickly to guest concerns

  • maintain a fun and enjoyable working experience in the restaurant
  • develop and execute the business plan including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning and local marketing

  • execute company-wide marketing programs
  • enforce all labor laws
  • uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • maintain high personal integrity and treat all employees with honesty, respect, and dignity
