Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
  • hire, train, and develop restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high cleanliness and organizational standards
  • develop and implement creative marketing strategies including fundraisers and community engagement initiatives
  • forecast sales and manage profit and loss to meet business objectives
  • foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer satisfaction
  • respond to guest feedback and ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times
