- Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Ensure all menu items are correctly made to recipe and presented attractively
- Forecast food production and implement the Food Production system
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including stripping coolers
- Receive and store all products to ensure quality and freshness
- Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction and increase guest count
- Run a shift in absence of General Manager, Associate GM, or Kitchen Manager
- Handle take-out and catering guidelines
- Focus employees on guest experience
- Address guest complaints to satisfaction
- Maintain Health Department and company sanitation policies
- Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
- Follow Company Safety Program and OSHA standards
- React calmly to emergency situations
- Complete all daily paperwork for each shift
- Follow company cash control guidelines
- Improve restaurant operations based on Shopper's Report scores
- Participate in physical inventory of food and non-food items
- Comply with corporate, government, and insurance reporting procedures
- Forecast sales and communicate information
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses
- Assist in recruiting to meet staffing needs
- Comply with employment and company regulations
- Maintain employee records and files
- Monitor days off for hourly employees
- Foster a caring work environment with high morale
- Provide training and coaching to new hires and existing staff
- Participate in weekly management meetings
- Support disciplinary procedures
- Complete termination reports timely
- Conduct exit interviews
- Promote Bandana's Bar-B-Q positively
- Act ethically and comply with laws
- Communicate high ethics and standards of the company
