Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant leadership roles
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location
- capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
