Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
  • Compliance with local Health Department requirements
  • Ability to write and communicate in English
  • Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • Flexibility to work occasional long hours within state and federal laws

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
  • Availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Proven financial acumen in cost control
  • Familiarity with promotional and marketing coordination

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • Supervise and direct staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety standards are met
  • Monitor inventory levels, waste, and unauthorized giveaways to control costs
  • Manage cash handling and timely processing of financial reports including bank deposits
  • Oversee maintenance and cleaning of equipment and physical facilities
  • Coordinate promotional, marketing, and advertising activities with the District Manager
