Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Reliable transportation
- Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
- Compliance with local Health Department requirements
- Ability to write and communicate in English
- Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
- Flexibility to work occasional long hours within state and federal laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
- Availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Proven financial acumen in cost control
- Familiarity with promotional and marketing coordination
Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- Supervise and direct staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels, waste, and unauthorized giveaways to control costs
- Manage cash handling and timely processing of financial reports including bank deposits
- Oversee maintenance and cleaning of equipment and physical facilities
- Coordinate promotional, marketing, and advertising activities with the District Manager
