Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
  • possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to commit to approximately 50 hours per week
  • ability to comply with company policies and legal standards

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of previous experience as a restaurant general manager or in a similar food service leadership role
  • prior experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • capability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Maximize sales and profitability through operational excellence
  • recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain team members
  • enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and applicable laws
  • manage inventory, labor, scheduling, and profit and loss
  • ensure superior quality, service, and cleanliness
  • maintain a safe and positive work environment
  • communicate effectively with staff and customers
