Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to commit to approximately 50 hours per week
- ability to comply with company policies and legal standards
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of previous experience as a restaurant general manager or in a similar food service leadership role
- prior experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- capability to communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- Maximize sales and profitability through operational excellence
- recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain team members
- enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and applicable laws
- manage inventory, labor, scheduling, and profit and loss
- ensure superior quality, service, and cleanliness
- maintain a safe and positive work environment
- communicate effectively with staff and customers
