Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 3 years General Manager experience in a fast-paced, high volume quick service restaurant
- California Food Safety Manager Certification
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation and safety
- Basic math and POS system operation skills
- Experience with office software and communication tools
- Strong leadership capability
- Willingness to learn and show humility
- Empathy for team and guests
- Organized with ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Adaptability to new software and digital tools
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to transfer locations within 50 miles
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant
- California Food Safety Manager Certification required
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and restaurant safety
- Basic math skills and POS system operation
- Experience with office software including video conferencing and email
- Strong leadership skills including effective feedback
- Demonstrated humility, empathy, organizational ability, and passion for food and hospitality
- Ability to learn and adapt to software tools such as scheduling, timekeeping, HRIS, and LMS
- Must succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to transfer within a 50-mile radius and authorized to work in the US
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make decisions for excellent dining experience and successful operations
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
- Manage and develop all team members to ensure procedural standards are met
- Interview, hire, train, and retain team members while conducting new hire orientations
- Assess and respond to guest complaints and provide solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Enforce sanitary practices, food safety regulations, and cleanliness standards
- Manage financial duties including budgeting, cost control, payroll, and meeting financial goals with the management team
