Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years restaurant experience preferred
- Availability to work various shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects
- Ability to taste, smell, and communicate verbally
- Ability to use close and peripheral vision including depth perception
- Compliance with state alcohol serving laws where applicable
- Must meet company safety and health standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and enforcement of company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work tasks
- Appraise employee performance and manage disciplinary actions
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and enhance employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for optimal job performance and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a friendly and hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and manage variances
- Implement corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Greet guests and resolve any food quality or service issues
- Monitor and control labor and food costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
- Enforce safe work practices
- Oversee daily operations including cash control, inventory, and financial reports
- Manage profit and loss including food, labor, and carryout costs
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform any other duties as assigned
