Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience
  • 4-6 years restaurant experience preferred
  • Availability to work various shifts and weekends
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects
  • Ability to taste, smell, and communicate verbally
  • Ability to use close and peripheral vision including depth perception
  • Compliance with state alcohol serving laws where applicable
  • Must meet company safety and health standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
  • College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and enforcement of company policies
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work tasks
  • Appraise employee performance and manage disciplinary actions
  • Foster a positive restaurant culture and enhance employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members for optimal job performance and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a friendly and hospitable environment
  • Communicate sales performance and manage variances
  • Implement corporate programs and initiatives
  • Assist team members with duties as needed
  • Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • Greet guests and resolve any food quality or service issues
  • Monitor and control labor and food costs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
  • Enforce safe work practices
  • Oversee daily operations including cash control, inventory, and financial reports
  • Manage profit and loss including food, labor, and carryout costs
  • Maintain facility and company assets
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
