Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years management experience
- excellent people leadership and guest service skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and above restaurant leaders
- ability to resolve issues in compliance with Krystal standards
- availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- capability to carry products and boxes weighing no more than 50 pounds
- physical ability to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
Job Qualifications

- maintain balance between employee/guest experience and financial goals
- develop and maintain Krystal operating systems
- create sales forecasts and schedules
- monitor business numbers, schedules, and HACCP logs
- review inventory efficiencies and food costs
- control food and equipment inventory
- implement operations and financial action plans
- analyze sales and labor results
- maintain brand operating standards for product, cleanliness and service
- ensure the restaurant is safe, sanitary and appealing
- monitor compliance with health, safety and fire policies
- troubleshoot and seek repair support for equipment
