Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- experience running high volume quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
- strong leadership capabilities
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- commitment to maintaining high customer standards
- capability to hire and develop staff
Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience, particularly in high-volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants strongly desired
- experience in hospitality or retail considered an asset
- ability to lead and develop teams
- good communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure restaurant meets quality service and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers
- coach and provide direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor progress and improve restaurant operations
