Job Requirements
- ability to work at least 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- flexibility and availability for on-call emergencies
- professional appearance with appropriate grooming
- capable of lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs assisted
- able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- pass pre-employment background and motor vehicle record checks
- willingness to work physical shifts in warm and cold environments
- ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- adherence to company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of restaurant management experience
- associate's degree or college coursework in business management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- computer proficiency including email and point of sale systems
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- ServSafe Manager certification
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- monitor and control food, beverage, and labor costs to maintain profitability
- enforce Blake's Lotaburger policies and procedures among management staff and crew
- ensure compliance with food safety laws and proper cash handling practices
- recruit, train, and develop management staff and crew members
- create and manage employee schedules to optimize staffing and labor costs
- collaborate with district and regional managers to increase sales and achieve operational goals
